How time flies! It is approaching four years since the last Paul Mueller Company dealer gathering. The conference of October, 2014 left us energized and ready to take on any upcoming challenge. The past four years have been filled with monumental goals reached by Paul Mueller Company and our coveted dealer network.
We are pleased to invite you to attend the 2018 Mueller Dealer Conference, October 22-25. Once again, this exclusive event is to be held at the luxurious Big Cedar Lodge near Branson, Missouri. Overlooking the gorgeous shorelines of Table Rock Lake, Big Cedar Lodge offers a wonderful gathering location for friends and colleagues.
Our appreciation for our dealer network is as valued to us as our passion for the dairy industry. As a token of our continued appreciation, we wish to make your participation in our Dealer Conference as enjoyable as possible. While this event is for friends and colleagues, it is for families as well. We encourage you to bring your spouse and children. The expansion of the Lodge over the last four years will offer new group and individual experiences for everyone who attends.
Travel: Just get to Springfield or Branson, Missouri, we will take care of the rest! There are several options for you to arrive at Big Cedar Lodge. If you choose to fly, you may fly into the Springfield or Branson airports. You may rent a car or we will be offering a shuttle service from both airports to the lodge. If you choose to drive, please visit the Big Cedar Lodge website for directions. Once you are at the Lodge, transportation will be provided for the duration of your stay. We recommend that you arrive in the Springfield area by noon, or the Branson area by 3pm on October 22nd. Events will be planned for that afternoon. When planning departure flights for Thursday the 25th, please keep in mind the proximity to the airport. We recommend scheduling flights for after 10:00am to prevent a hectic rush to the airport. If you would like to extend your stay at Big Cedar Lodge, you will need to contact the hotel directly. Keep in mind rooms book quickly.
Food: All meals and snacks will be provided during the conference. All meals will have a variety of cuisine options. If you have a food allergy, please make sure to note it on your registration form. Each night will include Mueller provided social hours with drinks and snacks.
Activities: We’re here for fun. You have worked hard all year, and we want to reward you for it. While we will have several group outings planned, there will be time to spend with your family at activities of your choosing. Big Cedar offers a large assortment of options for fun including: mini-golf, kayaking, swimming, and full service spa.
